Scott Paly has over 19 years of sales and management experience in the IT services industry . Prior to co-founding Global DataGuard, he founded RealTime Consulting and RealTime Staffing and was the President/CEO of the companies since their inception in early 1991. For five consecutive years, RealTime Consulting was listed in The Dallas 100, a list of the fastest-growing Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex companies. Prior to this, he was a manager at Data Management Search, an information systems search firm for five years. Mr. Paly received a B.A. in Biology and Chemical Science from Florida State University.

Michael Stute
Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer

Michael Stute has over 13 years of experience in IT security and the computer industry. Before co-founding Global DataGuard, he spent six years at CompuCom Systems, Inc. During that time, he was responsible for information systems security, including protection for the national headquarters, distribution center, and over thirty branch offices nationwide. Mr. Stute also provided IT security and other computer operations support for a multi-state utility company in the Midwest, and as an independent consultant. His expertise extends to all aspects of internal and external IT security including behavioral analysis and correlation, security monitoring, vulnerability management, access, technology, assessment, training, project management , policies and procedures, regulatory compliance and audits. Mr. Stute received a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Fort Hays University.

Dean A. Trumbull
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Trumbull is a seasoned senior executive, software architect, and US patent holder with over 24 years experience in telecom and computer industries. Before joining Global DataGuard in February 2004, Trumbull served as a Division General Manager for Intel Corporation (1999-2003) developing standards-based hardware and software technology for the telecommunications industry. Prior to that, Trumbull served as Vice President and General Manager at Dialogic Corporation (1997-1999) developing computer telephony components. He began his career in 1980 at Intecom (Dallas) designing software and systemic architectures for the telecommunications industry and helped pioneer Voice over IP (VoIP) switching technology later sold to Cisco Systems. Later, Trumbull was part of a successful IPO at Melita International (Atlanta) as Vice President of Engineering (1994-1997) where he evangelized open systems architectures for telecommunications, developed the first commercially available Voice over ATM computer telephony card, and was awarded US patent 6,118,763 for transmission of voice over an asynchronous network.
